Looking for Manager Corporate Tax who has extensive experience in direct taxation for a leading financial consulting firm
-Conducting Power Review u/s 80IAof the Income Tax Act, 1961
-Conducting and Finalisation of Tax Audit.
-Conducting and Finalisation of Income Tax Review.
-Finalisation of Income Tax and Wealth Tax Returns.
-Representation before the Income Tax Authorities, inter-alia, in connection with assessments, rectification, petitions under various provisions of the Income Tax Act.
-Drafting Appeal Papers for submission to CIT (Appeals) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
-Drafting Written Submissions and Arguments for representation before the Appellate Authorities.
-Preparation of Appeal papers for submissions before the Dispute Resolution Panel
-Giving presentation on various tax issues (including the proposed Direct Tax Code) before the clients.
